Sitting on the horns of dilemna...our very own PM..who has become nothing more than a stoical human being(since he is driven by the rope in a Italian hand..),has now a virile task in front of him to take a step in consonance with the youth of india, the future of whom is hinged upon the Mr. Arjun Singh's fantasies and the so-discerned martinet attitude of his, which evreybody is aware will not last for long..Let him enjoy his ephermal dominance and dogmatic stupid opinions..He is nobody to decide the future of human resources which he says is the minister of ...ha ha...
Dr. B.R. Amedkar, one the most venerable 'hasti' of the largest constitution of the world, created this law or watever you call,a ammendment for reserving positions for the unpriviledged and providing them the opputunities to excel and survive in the society driven by cast, creed and discrimination, was not meant to be inextricable .As of now India's economy is boosting and with so much employment oppurtunities available for the skilled, there is no such dire need of reserving and eat way the oppurtunities from the deserved ones.Okie leave it,lets discuss the pros and cons of reservation ordinance that UPA Govet wants to be passed.
Lets elucidate the reasons for no-reservation.
Firstly,we need to look in who are the needy ones, who are ones are destitute of employment and means for survival. What can be the reasons for a backward caste student to not get a admission in a reputed institute or get employed.
1. Discrimination on the basis of caste, creed and religion-its my personal belief that neither do institutes reject students on this basis, nor any reputed firm care for the caste he belongs to.
2. Lack of oppurtunities:In the current scenario, its definitely not a good excuse.
3. Lack of Abilities or Awareness:If you are incapable of surving in the circumstances due to lack of Knowledge or skill-set,you need to help yourself.
4. Devoid of proper enviornment for studies or courage and motivation-Again the ball is in our court,a ambitious student would never face the lack of above if he believes in himself and regularly DREAMS!!
5. Lack of finanacial resources-Here is the bombshell..Most of the SC/ST,OBS families state that they dont have enough financial support to admit their students to a good institute..okie...Lets believe it that the all of the 24,96,83,243 people face the same issue.
Lets find a solution for that:
Instead of reserving 50% seats for them, its governments responsibilty to provide finanacial aid to each and every student who has the capabilities..If this can be done in a effective and equitable manner by our leaders, there remains not even a single reason to Reserve Seats and positions for the Backward castes.
As a normal student and an indian i feel the above, and i expressed in a very simple manner that there is no need of even reserving even a single seat for the Backward Castes.
PS:The does not apply to the physically and mentally handicapped or in any sense physically perturbed human being.
Now the weakest point from the above is the 4th one.The students and people who live in the country side or in one of the many remote areas where there is no awareness and knowledge..
Where people suffer from even fulfilling there bare needs.I believe for such people, its not a matter of concern.,and if it is, thou shall never hesitate from helping them and providing them enough support to survive and nourish the skills they posses in appropriate fields and enviornment.
With this i hand over this discussion you all...Zyaada ho gaya na..But i believe this!!
So lets allievate the pain of the unpriviledged and the destitutes by SERVING them and nation, not by RESERVING the nation.
